LA Times - "...you can actually talk to your friends while sipping a dirty martini. The enclosed outdoor patio with its canopy couches looks perfect for warm weather. If you're made of heartier stuff, spend your winter months downing Dewars by one of the firepits."

LA Downtown News - "A warm wood bar features eight beers on tap, a selection of infused vodkas (pear, mango and apple among them), a respectable wine list largely made up of California varietals, and a collection of high-end liquor. Tardif stressed that while Tranquility Base is by no means a sports bar, it will be "sports friendly" - largely showing playoff games (lighting will turn purple and gold for the Lakers)."

Angelenic - "Courtesy of Head Chef Robert Van Houten, formerly executive chef at the Gardens on Glendon and the Friars Club of Beverly Hills, the menu offers Pan-Asian dishes such as sweet soy-marinated beef satay, tempura, sushi, and seared Chinese marinated Chilean sea bass dominate the menu. Also making the cut are European small-plate standards: charcuterie, French and Spanish cheeses and herbed ciliegini with baby tomatoes."

Yelp - "I thought that the bar made amazing mixed drinks. They specialize in fresh fruit infused liquors we had the mixed berry and lychee flavor both amazing. Also the staff and owner were really nice and totally on point."
